速成豚肉生薑燒
材料:豬肉片、洋蔥半個
生薑汁:淡口豉油3湯匙、蜂蜜3湯匙、味醂2湯匙、日本料理酒1湯匙、麻油1茶匙、檸檬汁1茶匙 (冇貨skip左!)、生薑1小截磨蓉、蒜頭1大粒磨蓉、蘋果1/4個磨蓉(可用洋蔥代替)、芝麻(適量) (冇貨又skip左!)
做法:
1. 將生薑汁調味料攪匀待用。
2. 洋蔥切粗絲,落少許油炒香,盛起待用。
3. 落少許油將豬肉片略為煎至金黃色,再加入洋蔥及生薑汁,加蓋用中火煮3分鐘。之後再轉大火收乾少少汁後上碟。可加上少許芝麻鋪面。
